North American Brass Band Association Championships

This weekend, I had the honor of performing at NABBA with the Massanutten Brass Band. My classmate, Anna Richardson, and I were the only two high schoolers in the ensemble as we travelled from Virginia down to Huntsville, Alabama for this year’s championships.

We both had a tremendous experience under the direction of Professor Kevin Stees, the low brass instructor at James Madison University, performing with this group and learned so much. This year the Massanutten Brass Band was crowned the Second Section Champions.
